Frederic Family Days, June
The Frederic Area Chamber's summer celebration, with food and drink vendors, a classic car show and fireworks. Dates are announced each spring by the Frederic Area Chamber.
Christmas in Frederic, early December
An evening at the pavilion by the Soo Line Depot, 210 Oak Street W: tell Santa what you want and get your picture taken, have hot cocoa and cookies, and make an ornament. Free. This year: Friday, December 4, 5 to 7 pm.
Winter Fun Day, January
Vintage snowmobile display, snow sculpting, hockey, a garage sale and an ice fishing contest. Free. Next: Saturday, January 16, 2027, 10 am to 3 pm. Hockey and the garage sale are at the elementary school.
Depot museum season
The Soo Line Depot & Museum opens Memorial Day weekend and stays open through leaf season, weekends and holidays from 11 am to 3 pm. Museum details.
